A Sparrow Project sponsorship is $4,060. This includes two parts:

$2,560 "Sparrow Cash" is the sponsor’s seed money that students “earn” by doing a minimum of 256 hours of community service and documenting the hours and a personal reflection on "Sparrow Check Service Vouchers". The Sparrow Cash and 100% of any additional funds raised for a Sparrow during the school year are designated entirely to the Sparrow (child's) fund and then accessed by the family to assist with medical expenses and basic needs.

$1,500 is allocated to "Program Services" which enhance the quality and outcomes of your Sparrow Project. The following is a breakdown of the many project services that these funds provide:
Sparrow Project materials and resoources include:
- an inspiring 3 to 4 minute dvd movie produced specifically for your Sparrow Project. The video tells the story of your Sparrow with compelling words, pictures and music. It shares your Sparrow child and family's needs and the way your students can make a difference.
- customized Community Service Voucher for your Sparrow Project with a picture of your Sparrow and logo of your sponsor
- a closing summary report of your project that includes a spreadsheet accounting for all the service projects, hours and vouchers completed—and several copies of student’s hand written reflections.
- Specific educational brochures and/or handbooks to Schools and Sponsorship brochures for businesses.

Motivational Sparrow Adoption Assembly to launch Sparrow Project includes:

Counsel to the Sparrow family regarding the project, expectations and meeting financial needs

Communication with Sparrow families regarding accessing funds to meet their current needs

Accounting for all donations and distribution of funds to each Sparrow family

Issuance of tax deductible receipts for each designated Sparrow donations

Original service vouchers including student reflections are mailed directly to Sparrow family or school for presentation to the sparrow family
Consulting services to the Business Sponsor include:
- Accounting for all Community Service Vouchers turned-in by each club
- Report of community service hours completed and copies of voucher comments
- “Thank You” packet to sponsors
