How your child can become a Sparrow?

The medical condition of every Sparrow child is different, but by definition, a Sparrow must be 17 years of age or under, and is either in a medical crisis, has a major illness, or suffers from a significant disability. There should also be a compelling practical need or financial impact on the family that generates a desire in the hearts of others to help. A parent or guardian must complete and sign the “Application for Assistance.” Then your child's medical social worker or doctor must validate your application by signing it as well.

After the Sparrow Clubs organization receives your application and determines that your child is “qualified” to become a sparrow, he or she will be added to our website. However, there are two other factors to be determined before a sparrow project can occur on your child's behalf. These two factors include Adoption and Sponsorship.
